I'm a licensed therapist in the state of Nebraska & a Certified Professional Co-Active coach who knows each of us were created and designed for a purpose. I believe we all matter and desire to live a fulfilling life. When being with others, I seek to know them and encourage them to get to know themselves. My work focuses on how our past has influenced our present and will influence our future. I know we all have experienced times of extreme hurt, loss, or difficulties. I believe that we can learn and grow from those times at any point in our life. These moments of learning and growing involves perseverance and provides hope that launches us into freedom. I am here to be with others who need someone to listen, encourage, challenge and remind them of their value. I am certified in Mental Health First Aid, CAMS, Critical Incident Stress Management, MBTI, and EQi/EQi360. I am interested in participating in workshops and providing coaching/consulting for teams or organizations who desire for their employees/volunteers to operate more fluidly and efficiently interpersonally and intrapersonally. I work for an outpatient clinic certain days of the week and then also offer services (individual, marriage, family, group therapy, and coaching services including administering MBTI and EQi/EQi360 inventories) through Forged In Faith Oak Ministries. I provide services through Forged In Faith Oak Ministries and will not be charging for services (counseling or coaching) provided to individuals, families, couples, and groups. I do encourage donations towards Forged In Faith Oak Ministries to assist with operational expenses. Cash, check and/or the use of Zeffy are accepted for payment.
